Leasing Agent

• Handle the leasing process from start to finish! Follow up with interested applicants, tour prospects around the building, process applications, explain lease terms, and coordinate move-ins
• Sell the spaces!
• Provide top-notch customer service to all lease holders and prospects!
• Meet and exceed leasing goals
• Administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining an organized workspace
• Maintain a warm, positive atmosphere in the leasing office

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience (retail sales, real estate, hospitality, restaurant experience is considered sales!)
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Able to multitask effectively and problem solve
• Driven, able to meet and exceed goals (we give you the training and tools you need to succeed, you bring the drive you need to excel in your role!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
