SalaryAs a Lease End Experience Representative, you will be the guiding hand for customers at the end of their lease journey as well as collecting any balances associated with their lease after turn-in. Your role blends attentive customer service with insightful sales tactics to clearly communicate lease-end options and responsibilities. It's about providing clarity and support, helping customers make informed decisions as they transition from their current lease. You will also be responsible to collect end of lease balances on vehicles with excess mileage, excessive wear and use or other applicable charges.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally and accurately assisting customers with the Lease End process.
- Utilizing a combination of customer service and sales skills to discuss Lease End options and obligations.
- Maintaining records on accounts and updating account information.
- Following up to ensure the account is closed by the lease maturity date.

Qualifications:
- Ability to handle heavy call volume, while also delivering exceptional customer service and meeting set departmental objectives.
- Previous telephone and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer and data entry skills required.
- Must be available to work overtime and flexible schedule (evening and weekend hours, if required).
- Proactive or Lease End Experience is a plus.
