SalarySoutheast Toyota Finance is hiring for a Bilingual Lease End Experience Representative. This position is a phone-based customer service position.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally and accurately assisting customers with the Lease End process
- Utilizing a combination of customer service and sales skills to discuss Lease End options and obligations
- Maintaining records on accounts and updating account information
- Following up to ensure the account is closed by the lease maturity date
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle heavy call volume, while also delivering exceptional customer service and meeting set departmental objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer and data entry skills required
- Must be available to work overtime and flexible schedule (evening and weekend hours, if required)
- Previous telephone and customer service experience preferred
- Proactive or Lease End Experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply
