What we require:

Insulation experience 2-5 years. Requires any combination of experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work. Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions. Demonstrates eagerness and willingness to learn. Learns basic tool operation and safety, types of insulation and applications, and equipment terms and uses. Must complete initial safety training (12 hours), 10 hour OSHA.

Pay:

• $25 to $30 per hour based on experience

Hours:

• 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• occasional Saturdays
• Overtime as needed

POSITION FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:

· Ability to work in extreme heat such as attics in the summertime and extreme cold outdoors

· Able to pass all pulmonary requirements associated with SAR and Cartridge Respirators which are used 95% of the workday

· Ability to continuously wear and perform work in proper PPE without limitations

· Be physically able to perform intense and strenuous work including climbing, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling, crawling, etc. Able to move, push, pull very heavy objects up to 100 lbs.

· Work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces

· Mentally and physically work safely with heavy and complicated and potentially dangerous machinery and equipment

· Able to pass the DOT screening in order to drive our trucks (Non-authorized drivers can adversely affect operations/scheduling.)

· Constant mental focus and awareness

· Make job safety a top priority and ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Bring problems to attention of Safety Director, your supervisor and/or HR

· Able to program and enter data into equipment so that Spray Foam is at proper settings for safety and performance

· Maintain clean and safe work environment including the truck, jobsite and warehouse

· Handle, distribute, store and work safely with hazardous materials

· Be free of pre-existing allergic conditions to Spray Foam chemicals and continue to remain free of allergic conditions to Spray Foam chemicals

· Able to work long days, overtime and weekends when necessary

· Able to handle and process paperwork including daily JHA (job hazard assessment)

· Handle customer, co-worker and supervisor relationships professionally and respectfully with good communication

· Technical experience/skills to maintain and troubleshoot Spray Foam equipment

· Able to consistently spray “on ratio” foam

· Make attendance and punctuality a priority and be available for all work requests since your absence can cause major scheduling problems for your co-workers and customers

· Job duties may also include vehicle cleaning and maintenance, warehouse cleaning and maintenance, on-line and classroom training (safety and technical), researching and updating safety data sheets, deliveries, office filing, and other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
