Annual Base Salary Range 106,50 - 140,000 - 176,500 (USD).
The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.

Your Day to Day
As a LearningTalent Development Manager, you would be working on:
Executing our Learning Talent Development Strategy in the following areas:
- This role will focus on delivering training for managers and teams globally and will be the dedicated learning partner for our Marketing and Customer Care organizations.
- Develop, design and deliver programs for our global people managers in alignment with our core company competencies and business requirements.
- Engage with people managers and HR Business Partners to ensure training programs are meeting and aligned to business needs
- Lead the facilitation of group/team/individual team building and training sessions as required, virtually and in-person
- Management topics include but are not limited to: Coaching, Change Management, Resilience, Performance Management; Communications
What We're Looking For
As a Learning Talent Development Manager, your background will look like:
- Proven track record and previous experience in designing and delivering management trainings, in a high-tech work environment
- Proficient in designing trainings from scratch or adapting existing content, to a multi-cultural workforce
- Can build effective relationships with team and business partners
- Ability to work on own initiative on project-based tasks, in a fast-paced environment
- Insights Discovery Certification, an advantage
