- Partner with Learning Experience Managers (LXM) who are accountable for executing measurement plans
- Learning Experience Specialist builds and maintains the Consumption, Reaction, and Learning data dashboards for each portfolio, ensuring that data is accurate and updated routinely.
- Develop predictive models to support consultative work of LXMs and Role Architects (RA) sensing learning needs of targeted audiences.
- Act in data consulting capacity for Learning & Careers (L&C) team to help interpret data and ensure correct conclusions and actions are reached.
- Obtain access to non-learning data to be able to measure the performance impact of learning experiences.
- Consult with stakeholders and collaborate with data analysts in learning space to identify marketing data needs and develop useful information aimed at answering key business questions.
- Deliver standard business reports and dashboards while supporting regular ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- Enable easy access to data and reports to promote a culture of data-driven decision making in L&C as well as for wider learning at Red Hat..
- Ensure we have a scalable reporting solution by enabling self-service reporting for core reporting requirements.
- Advise on interpretation of learning data and provide insights, observations, and recommendations.
- Maintain integrity of learning data through delivery of validated, accurate reports.
- Partner with Learning Platform Managers (LPM) to provide requirements for additional data integrations and or addition of data elements to the L&C unified data store.
- Develop and/or provide requirements to coordinate the work for developing/maintaining Tableau dashboards using a managed services team.
- Manage and maintain the learning data store for L&C and tenant/partner use cases.
- Data Stewardship to manage access, quality, and appropriate use and interpretation of all learning data in the learning ecosystem.

The salary range for this position is $83,840 - $134,150. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
