Learning & Development Partner (LDP)

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for a Learning and Development Partner (LDP) near San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities

• Support Site Services Learning and Development group
• Collaborate cross functionally to design and deliver effective learning solutions
• Priorities:
  • Compliance and GxP training creation and revisions, unplanned event training assessments and resolution, and partnering to ensure all compliance training is 95% complete across Site Services
  • Support the learning and development team in SAP ASPIRE implementation (learning, adapting global eLearning for localized workflow training and instructor led training and overall support)
  • Support the learning team for the full portfolio curricula as needed
  • Support compliance excellence mindset

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive responsibility in a Manufacturing or GxP and Compliance Learning and Development function in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
• 5+ years’ experience as a learning professional
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Additional Details:

• Must be local: Hybrid work schedule – working onsite 3 or more days based upon business needs (anchor days Tuesday, Wednesday)
• Position type: 9-month contract
• Pay rate: $43-60/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
