Job Title: Learning & Development Data Analyst
Work Location: REMOTE
We are seeking a Learning & Development Data Analyst for a key client of ours to partner with project managers and stakeholders within the corporate training, digital learning, eLearning, and development teams to propose design, deploy, and support learning solutions and associated business processes. In this role you will manage operation efforts and resources to conduct analysis in order to resolve a business challenge from a technical and data perspective. This includes, but not limited to, functional requirements/capabilities, data flow, data quality, and data transformation. Also:
- Present solution recommendations or options based on the problem statements and technical/data analysis
- Review, coordinate, and communicate product and system releases to end users and support teams so that impacts and actions can be delivered timely
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar type role
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, Data Management, Data Analysis, eLearning, Training Technology, or related field
- Leveraging all relevant technology tools, to include Microsoft applications, to manage day to day responsibilities and effectively communicate and collaborate across teams
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation and/or maintenance
- Cornerstone On Demand or other Learning Management System experience is a plus
- Leveraging analytics and project management skills to manage multiple projects and align resources to ensure priorities are met
- Experienced with functional requirements; develop, design and execute various data wrangling, technical integration capabilities,
- Have worked with an onshore/offshore model
- Working knowledge of data analysis from collection through analysis and recommendations
- Experienced with Azure Devops
- Experienced with product release management and product ownership
- Proven track record with Project Management - specifically in a corporate learning setting
- Proven ability to leverage advanced functionality for analyzing and manipulating data in Power BI or similar tools
- Strong presence and communication skills
- Self sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn
- Strong data analytical skills
- Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
