Job Description:
The Supplier Data Collection contractor will need to perform the following tasks:
Understand current data available for our suppliers to North America (approximately 10,000).
Develop Excel spreadsheet of key data fields to be collected and/or verified (approximately 20).
Navigate the Clorox organization to identify the various subject matter experts for dataset.
Contact suppliers to complete the missing data fields.
Report weekly on work accomplished, plan for following week and help needed, if any.
Flex to other projects, as needed.
Requirements:Skills required:
Proficient in Excel.
Able to communicate, in writing and verbally, in a professional, clear and concise manner.
Basic time management and project management skills.
Strong at effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.
Able to work with minimal guidance and address challenges.
Able to recognize the need for process improvements and to execute the change.
Role will be 100% remote, however person must be available weekdays 9-5 EST.
