Position Summary:
The Learning Content Manager is part of the Organizational Development team, and responsible for training content management, design and development of a broad curriculum. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the main focus of this role is content development for a modular curriculum on topics related to a hospitality, food, beverage and retail audience - both managerial and front-line. These topics may include, but are not limited to: management and leadership, storytelling, hospitality, inclusion and diversity, onboarding, compliance, and skills-based training for front of house, back of house, culinary and retail.
In addition to content development, the Learning Content Manager will also oversee OTG's Learning Management System (Dayforce LMS).

Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling, on-brand learning experiences using instructional design and design thinking principles
- Facilitate needs assessments and skills gap analysis
- Prototype, develop, and test learner-centric blended learning experiences and training materials in a variety of delivery modalities
- Use tools and methods to assess engagement, knowledge transfer and application
- Develop project plans and execute learning program reviews with department heads and subject matter experts to secure sign-off at project milestones to keep projects on time and within budget
- Research, recommend, and manage relationships with external vendor partners to supplement and enrich Discovery offerings
- Manage the deployment of e-learning courses, tracking and reporting using Dayforce Learning LMS
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to earn trust and build networks among OTG's corporate leadership and the 11 airports where OTG currently operates
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design across multiple mediums (eLearning, video, instructor-led, job aids and other documentation, etc.) required
- Relevant experience design and developing learning in hospitality environment
- Experience administrating a LMS required
- Proficiency in one or more instructional design software tools, e.g., eLearning, Adobe, etc.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 and webinar hosting tools
- Facilitation skills are a plus, particularly to conduct Train-the-Trainers
Pay range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
