This position is Monday through Friday with a daily schedule of 3-6 or 3:30-6. The children in this class are all potty trained and are either 3 or 4 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily schedule to include centers, outside, music and movement, and story time, and help dismiss children to their parents.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide positive feedback concerning their child's day.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in preschool or early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
