General Description

Designs, implements, and oversees organization development policies to improve company performance. Responsible for examining current policies and practices, identifying issues or weaknesses, and developing solutions to align with business goals. Contribute to the design and delivery of people and organizational development strategies and manage change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice, and services as required. Actively works to promote a culture of continuous Learning and improvement.

Essential Functions

  • Develops, manages, designs, and implements organizational development programs, and processes that promote the company's vision, mission, values, and strategy, and positively impact the performance and strategic goals of Human Resources and the organization.
  • Provides and develops organizational development consulting services to assist managers in aligning departmental performance initiatives with organizational business objectives.
  • Develop strategies for the execution of processes and projects related to Human Resources to positively impact the organization and take performance to the next level.
  • Understands and supports the Organizational Design process and resources to provide appropriate support, at the appropriate levels throughout the organization.
  • Design communication strategies for initiatives and strategic projects promoted by Human Resources to keep all employees informed about these initiatives and their organizational impact.
  • Participates in the evaluation and Development of operational policies and procedures.
  • Serves as a coach and advisor to supervisors, managers, and directors in addressing talent management and Development needs at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Works on and makes recommendations on initiatives such as change management, continuous improvement, and employee engagement, among others; to promote the organization's and employees' evolution and Development.
  • Establishes and maintains internal partnerships with subject matter experts and may manage academic alliances, and partnerships with specialty-focused vendors to provide management and leadership development curriculum, and programs.
  • Creates and uses appropriate metrics to evaluate project effectiveness, report results, and make recommendations.
  • Monitors and measures customer satisfaction and level of service provided through appropriate mechanisms to evaluate and implement improvements as needed.
  • Works with the Performance Management process to ensure all performance management tools and systems align within an integrated talent management framework.
  • Design and implementation of learning initiatives and team cohesion to create learning processes that support closing the gaps that exist between current and expected performance.
  • Supervises, monitors, trains, evaluates, and corrects, among other tasks required to fully comply with their role as supervisor of the personnel assigned to their unit. Ensures that the performance of their personnel complies with the assigned work plan and the tasks inherent to their positions and that their behavior complies with the company's policies, standards, rules, and procedures.
  • Complies fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained herein.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferably. At least five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least three (3) years of experience in personnel supervision. Strong and deep experience as a business.

Certifications / Licenses: Certification related to Human Resources preferably.

Others: Extensive knowledge of procedures, techniques, and efficient strategies of human resources management.

Languages:

Spanish - Advanced (writing, conversational, and comprehension)

English - Advanced (writing, conversational, and comprehension)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
