Position Summary:
The Learning & Development Specialist will coordinate, produce, and facilitate developed training programs for leaders and individual contributors within the organization, as well as update and review all content and materials. This position will maintain accurate records in our LMS and employee files, monitor employee progress, generate reports, and ensure that employees are enrolled in required and relevant trainings in a timely manner.

- Administration: Manage the logistical aspects of training initiatives, overseeing the creation of an annual training calendar, coordinating participant registration, facilitating communication plans, managing technology integration, overseeing materials distribution, ensuring adequate space allocation, and handling all associated factors for seamless training execution.
- Content and Materials Maintenance: Format, brand, and update existing materials to fit brand style guidelines, accuracy, and relevance.
- LMS Support: Upload and organize training content within the LMS.
- Facilitation and Production: Produce live internal training sessions, supporting internal and external presenting partners and learners with technology.
Job Pay & Perks:
- Typical starting pay range: $25.00 - $30.00

About You:
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Detail oriented, delivers consistent and high-quality results.
- Organized, develops specific goals, and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Excellent written and technical communication, conveys information clearly and concisely.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborative, works effectively with one or more individuals to complete projects or tasks
- Reliable judgement and decision making, handles confidential information with the utmost discretion and escalates issues when appropriate.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia authoring, publishing, and conferencing software. (Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, BrainShark, Screencast-O-Matic, ZOOM, MS Teams)
- Administrative experience with LMS and/or HRIS software. (UKG Pro Learning, UKG Pro)
Prior Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in training and work experience
- At least 1-2 years of related job experience
