Yes Position Details Drug Screen No Background Checks Yes Position Description This position is located in Phoenix** This will be a hybrid work schedule** Position Description This position provides an opportunity to work with different leaders across the Arizona Department of Transportation in lean methodologies. Projects will be identified around problem solving, 5S, huddles, standard work and/or metrics. The lean coach will assist team members in accomplishing these projects while also training managers on these same skill sets. Skills Required Ability to deploy and teach lean methodologies Development of operational metrics Development of dashboards in Looker (DataStudio) Familiarity with Google suite products (slides, docs, sheets) Facilitation Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication Skills Preferred Experience in coaching teams in 5S Process Mapping and/or Value Stream Mapping Coaching in government settings Project organization Experience Required Experience in facilitation of 8 step problem solving Working with organizational leaders Experience Preferred Experience leading teams/organizations through lean transformation Strategic planning Education Required Leading lean change in a business with diverse work functions Education Preferred Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or data analytics Additional Information **Must have a current AZ Driver's license with a good driving record Background: Criminal Felony & Misdemeanor Federal Criminal Managed Adjudication Standard National Sex Offender Registry SSN Trace SSN Validation & Widescreen Plus National Criminal Search 39 Month MVR Work Location: 206 S 17th Ave Phoenix AZ 85007
