The primary responsibility of the LEAN Clinical Optimization Specialist is to ensure the success of providers and provider offices through ongoing collaborative efforts with the Epic EMR Optimization Analyst. Success in this role requires the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and professional interactions with providers & their staff.
Through the use of LEAN tools: the LEAN Clinical Optimization Specialist will observe provider workflows, make recommendations to improve clinical outcomes & efficiency, and reduce waste. Short term solutions will be implemented on the spot and long-term projects will be completed through ongoing coaching & mentoring.
