Leadership Training Program Coordinator

Position Summary: Serve as primary source of information to the general public, students, staff and faculty on policies, procedures, programs and office activities and provide general and more specialized information. Interact with the general public as NYU liaison and with University personnel including those at the senior level to resolve issues and problems. Track enrollment, participation, and successful completion of program participants using multiple databases. Assist with efforts to maximize efficiency and improve processes. Customize and/or compose communications on own initiative or in response to requests for information. Modify and/or create databases and complex spreadsheets. Perform general word processing duties utilizing intermediate to advanced-level functions. Qualifications: Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
3+ years of office experience. Experience providing a high level of customer service.
Preferred Experience:
Experience within a nonprofit environment
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Good proofreading and writing skills. Highly organized. Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information: In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $34.629. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
