*Pay is negotiable and can sometimes be higher than $18 based on resume/experience.
This position puts your in the fast track for leadership positions at our store. Leadership includes senior team members, business leaders, assistant directors, directors, and executive directors. This position is for adults with no outside commitments.
*Must have open availability and be 18+ years old for this position.

REQUIREMENTS
- Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, dependable/punctual, and have a heart to serve!
- Leadership experience preferred
- Work 5 shifts per week, which includes working an opening or closing shift at least once a week
- The strength and consistency of our team are very important to us; because of this, we do not hire seasonal and summer-only employees.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have open availability and able to work Saturdays
ABOUT THE COMPANY
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
