FCSA is currently hiring an experienced Lead Warehouse Operatorto join our Team to support the future growth of the Company. If you are looking for a new place to call home, we would love to talk to you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the daily supervision of warehouse operations to assure that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Promote personal and professional growth of department employees through regular communication and continued training.
- Inspect and maintain a safe work environment and clean facility
- Pulling parts and loading trucks
- Managing inventory, including making brake kits.
- Receiving and checking in direct bound freight into our inventory software.
- Ensuring that correct orders are pulled and delivered.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- The ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
- A high school diploma or GED preferred with seven (7) years of experience in a logistics/warehouse field or nine (9) years of experience with no education.
- Prior experience in a multi-faceted business experience with an emphasis on inventory management preferred.
- Supervisory experience in an inventory environment highly preferred
- Forklift experience and Certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
