EDUCATION:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience in a high (10,000+) sku volume manufacturing or e-commerce environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good grammar and verbal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good verbal skills.
• High energy level; maintains professional and courteous relationships with the entire 1A Team.
• Good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible.
• Service-oriented.
• Ability to use and understand MS Office programs.

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the performance of the team for order pulling quality, packing, and shipping.
• Actively participates in FC safety programs that include training and ensuring record-keeping standards are met or exceeded.
• Schedules employees to work in accordance with department productivity requirements.
• Provides regular feedback for employees as it applies to the standards set in the Standard Operating Procedures
• Acts as a team builder and ensures the efficient operation of the department.
• Assists the Operations Manager in establishing daily and monthly shift objectives in the areas of quality, productivity, and safety.
• Adheres to assigned department budget in areas of direct control, labor allocation, supplies, etc.
• Additional duties to meet warehouse needs may be assigned.
• Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Warehouse Management.
