Our Agents answer phones for companies nationwide (no sales calls). This is not a typical call center position – we are not strictly scripted, and we believe in quality over quantity. It is NOT remote. This position requires multi-tasking, the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, and be able to adapt to many client types. Computer and typing skills are required; experience in an office setting is preferred. A professional phone presence is required but come dressed for success or dressed for comfort – whatever brings out your best! We are hiring full-time and part-time on all shifts, which may include weekends. Holidays are double pay!!
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Quickly adapt your communication style to appropriately fit the type of call being handled
- Take professional messages that properly convey the necessary information
- Ability to use multiple programs as needed and quickly transition from one to the other
- Be a productive and contributing member of the team
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or administrative experience in an office setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic PC troubleshooting ability
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Use logic to make necessary decisions based on procedures and guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
