We are seeking a talented and proactive Lead Value Consultant to join our dynamic post-sales team. As the Lead Value Consultant, Talent Marketing & CRM, you will be Findem's resident Talent Marketing expert and play a critical role assisting customers who invest in Findem CRM, to help them build their Talent Marketing playbook, and align workflows to enable a seamless user experience, with a focus on candidate communities, talent pools and nurture strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our customers; Talent leaders, talent marketers and recruiters to help them transition to, or adopt Findem's CRM to power their talent nurture strategies. This is a critical role in helping our customers onboard, engage, use and adopt Findem, as well as become net promoters of the product. The Value Consultant will have a direct impact on business results as part of a post sales team focused on client renewal and expansion with Findem as a trusted technology partner.
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute Talent Marketing strategies that enable our customers to nurture high-quality candidates, utilizing Findem's CRM.
-Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to identify key value propositions and tailor marketing messages to their desired nurture strategies.
-Assist Findem pre-sales and post-sales teams to scope new client deals and set appropriate timelines for a successful CRM implementation and client onboarding.
-Train end users (marketers, recruiters, etc...) how to use Findem CRM to build and nurture candidate talent pools as a strategic lever to fill open roles.
-Set appropriate customer expectations on implementation and expectations, bringing the user along the customer journey tied to key performance metrics to demonstrate usage and adoption.
-Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to client stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
-Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM best practices, providing training and support to internal teams as needed.
--Foster strong relationships with candidates, clients, and partners to enhance our reputation and drive business growth.
-Represent Findem at external events that promote Talent Marketing strategies and how Findem's technology differentiates vs competition.
-Continuously monitor customer behavior and feedback, then providing feedback to the Findem product team when enhancements or opportunities to improve present themselves.
Qualifications
-10+ years of experience in corporate or enterprise marketing, with 4+ years in recruitment or Talent Marketing developing, implementing and measuring talent nurture strategies.
-Experience training internal or external stakeholders, preferably Recruiters and Sourcers how to build talent pools of qualified, ready-later talent with whom recruiters want to stay in touch.
-Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Gem, Beamery, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
-Demonstrated experience building, launching and measuring multi-channel, multi-medium candidate nurture campaigns.
-Ability to work across multiple clients, with a focus on program management and teaching customers how to design and deploy talent nurture strategies.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage with diverse audiences.
-Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
