Job Description:
Requirements for the Lead UX Researcher position:
8+ years of well-rounded design strategy and research experience.
• Experience testing across desktop, mobile & native (IOS/Android) platforms.
• Proficiency with User Zoom / User Testing, D-Scout and other online testing platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, Keynote, Freehand and/or Figma..
• An outstanding portfolio that exemplifies excellence in strategic thinking, presentation, and visual story-telling
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall design and development processes

Pay Details: $78.00 per hour

Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and report out on research for a variety of touchpoints: website, mobile, and native apps. This researcher should be able to collect and analyze data to uncover user behaviors, needs and motivations to drive actionable insights for digital experiences and the product design process.
