Pay:
Between $70 ST and $80 ST per hour.
Per Diem:
$100 per day x 7 days a week. Customer would prefer local candidates. However, they will not rule out per diem. The emphasis is on finding the right candidate for this critical and high-profile position.
Schedule:
40-50 hours per week, Mon through Fri. and weekends when necessary
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop schedule shell to include calendars, resource codes, activity codes, etc.
- Input job plans into scheduling software
- Package and make logic ties per scheduling strategy
- Identify critical path
- Integrate capital work into schedule if applicable
- Produce logic diagrams and summary bar charts.
- Produce resource histograms
- Review schedule with departments and contractors
- Produce daily shift and look ahead schedules
- Enter progress into schedule
- Integrate field change orders into schedule
- Optimize schedule as required to reflect progress and plan changes
- Produce daily schedule reports

For out-of-town travelers, mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate ($0.67 in 2024) per mile traveled, plus 1 day per diem for every 520 miles traveled. Demobilization only paid to the candidate upon their successful completion of the assignment.
Furloughs:
For out-of-town travelers, after every 7 weeks of work, (A) Paid coach-class (purchased at least 2 weeks in advance) roundtrip airline tickets home – or – (B) paid roundtrip mileage at current IRS rate. Must communicate timing with customer and use the Furlough Approval Form and get signed by customer prior to taking furlough. Flights must be purchased at least 2 weeks in advance to take advantage of good pricing/rates. No paid wages during furloughs.
