Start Date: Immediately.
Lead Teacher Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of lead teacher experience.
- Ability to take on assigned tasks, work with various age groups and a willingness to support parents as partners in education.
- Previous experience working with children is required.
- CDA, bachelor's or associate degree preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Able to physically lift and carry a minimum of 45 pounds.
- Able to engage in physical activity with children while working indoors or outdoors.
- Able to maintain sight and sound of the children at all times.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings and trainings as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
