Responsibility:
- Providing supervision and quality care to children
- Implementing high quality and age-appropriate curriculum
- Assisting children with personal hygiene and clean up of classroom
- Serve meals to the children
- Meet and speak to parents and staff
- Interacting with children both physically and verbally throughout the day
- Help children develop self-help skills
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children, parents, and staff
- Create a safe, fun, and exciting classroom environment for children
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and energetic on the job
- Ability to resolve conflict between children
Must have:
- Georgia criminal background check
- Professional teaching experience
- Acquired First Aid CPR certification
Lead Teachers must have one of the following:
- Early Childhood Degree
- Elementary Education Degree
- Child and Family Development Degree
- Child and Family Development - CDA
- Psychology Degree
