Lead Teacher 2 Year Olds

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing guidance and support to other teachers.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals and objectives
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including literacy education, math, and social skills
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom

Qualifications:
- Teacher Qualified per DCFS
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
