Lead Tax CPA needed for a Law Firm established in the 1990's with an Accounting Practice that is rapidly growing

Lead Tax CPA Benefits:

• Salary (100k-120k+ DOE)
• Health (80/20), Dental, Vision. Life, ST/LT Disability (company paid)
• 401K w/match
• Expanded PTO

Lead Tax CPA Responsibilities:

• Direct reports are a bookkeeper and two accountants
• Handle tax and accounting work while ensuring that others are doing things correctly and on time
• Point of contact for the IRS, and clients handling questions

Lead Tax CPA Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of accounting experience along with CPA Certification
• Quickbooks proficient, knows or is willing to learn Lacerte
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
