We are seeking a Systems Design & Requirements Lead to join a program organization leadership team reporting to the Program Area's Design and Requirements IPT Lead.
You must have an active Secret clearance investigated within the last 5 years to be considered for this role.
Key responsibilities for this role include the following:
Serve as the technical conscience of the system architecture design and requirements (development and flowdown) for missile Program of Record. The development program is executing an accelerated development schedule in order to rapidly deploy cutting edge technology to a critical international partner.
Lead the systems engineering team through key program milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR, FCA)
Represent the program org in weekly classified customer meetings
Manage the program's requirements baseline in DOORS
Manage supplier specifications, qualification process, acceptance testing requirements, and performance verification
Support cross-functional D&R efforts with Algorithms, M&S, SSE, and I&T teams
Actively participate in the identification and resolution of risks and opportunities throughout product lifecycle
Work within SEIT agile framework to plan and execute the contract's scope of systems engineering work
Champion DX initiatives (MBSE/Cameo adoption) where applicable on contract or IRADs
