Overview:
Luggers is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beach gear transportation service. The Lead Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of Assistant Supervisors and Luggers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding the Luggers brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Schedule Assistant Supervisors and Luggers for daily operations
Hold Assistant Supervisors accountable for their tasks and performance
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Hold Luggers accountable for their responsibilities and adherence to brand standards
Manage daily operations
Manage bookings and assign tasks accordingly
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
Attend weekly meetings
Requirements:
Availability from Memorial Day to Labor Day
Minimum of three days a week of availability in LBI
Ability to work from home one day a week
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (must use own vehicle)
