This GC was recently recognized as one of the top workplaces in 2023 and is adding a Lead Superintendent to join “Phase One” of their newest Mixed Use - Multifamily projects located inside the perimeter in NW Atlanta.

Phase One will include Podium work and Parking garages. (Precast, Double Wrap). This firm offers great stability of projects in the Atlanta area. We are looking for someone with a history of stability and is committed to long term career growth in Construction Leadership.

*****Comp is $120,000 - $145,000 plus truck allowance – don’t let $ deter you – let’s talk

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years as Superintendent for Multifamily construction projects (GC side)
• Strong skills in:
• Procore
• BlueBeam
• P6 is a plus
• Ground up to top off
• Leadership of Site personnel Superintendents and Subcontractors
• OSHA 30
