Form of workWe are a high volume catering company that is currently in a growth phase. We are looking for an energetic, self motivated individual to join our team. This person will be loading and unloading trucks, washing dishes from events and preparing for events. This is a day job, with a usual schedule from 8-4. This is a full-time position with upward mobility and benefits available. A clean driving record is necessary.
Catering Stewarding Supervisor
Develop and Implement strategies for Stewarding area that are in line with Food and Beverage objectives.
Supervise operations in Stewarding and Kitchen areas.
Check the proper operations of the Dish Machine/ Clean equipment daily.
Ensure that all work surfaces/ Floors are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Monthly inventory of supplies i.e. Dishes/ utensils/ Glassware/ etc.
Planning with Catering Manager Secure Loading of Catering Trucks with all required equipment for Catering Functions / Banquet Event Orders /Pull Sheets.
Unloading of Catering trucks cleaning all items Dishes/ Pans / utensils/ Glassware/ etc.
Assist Chefs/ Cooks when required with loading and unloading of trucks at functions.
Assist Food Runner with loading trucks with items.
Position may require you to drive missed or add items to function.
Attend BEO and Pull sheet meeting with catering Manager/ Chefs 24Hours before function to double check all items to be delivered.
