General Description:
PMG's Alli is a cloud-based suite of tools for digital marketers. Its functionality ranges from a basic ad campaign management to an AI-powered creative insights explorer. In 2022, Alli enabled ad delivery to over 0.5 Bln consumers in 80+ countries for some of the world's most iconic brands, including Apple, Nike, and McDonald's.

We are looking for engineers who have:
- Deep foundational knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Profound understanding of distributed system design principles
- SOLID software engineering expertise (OOA/OOD, TDD, CI/CD)
- Strong adherence to agile values
- Team-first, proactive approach to work and great communication skills
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting architectural decisions for state-of-the-art products
- Building complex, highly scalable technical solutions
- Leading code reviews, providing critical feedback to fellow developers and mentoring junior engineers
- Driving initiatives with a high company-wide impact
Minimum requirements are:
- 4+ years of experience in developing high-scalable products using Node.JS, PHP, Python or equivalent object-oriented languages
- Experience in a full lifecycle of building complex software applications
Additional points will be given for:
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef or Puppet
- Experience with Grafana, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes and can safely maneuver/setup configurations in those environments
- Experience with creating complex UX
- Experience with DDD, NoSQL, Go, JavaScript, Python
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
