As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be a key member of our supply chain team focused on getting our products into the hands of consumers. Our group works with our Distribution Centers to streamline order fulfillment processes through world class technology solutions. We are a highly collaborative group working across multiple vendor teams and internal business partners.


WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be working with the Manhattan warehouse management system. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation and support. In this position, you will:

  • Develop integrations with Manhattan’s Integration Framework (MIF).
  • Provide WMS expertise to the product team and work closely with the dedicated resources and business stakeholders.
  • Provide strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL skills.
  • Be a strategic thinker and team player.
  • Assist with the development of an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the Manhattan WMS solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing & training client personnel, developing training documentation, and executing training.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years’ professional work experience
  • At least 10 years of Information Technology experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Manhattan WMS warehouse management system including experience with Manhattan’s Integration Framework (MIF)
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and guiding a team of functional and technical SMEs
  • Experience in Manhattan WMOS application configurations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience working with a large-scale distribution center
  • Experience in Peak Season Support and should be proactive in decision making for system improvements
  • Experience in working in onsite-offshore model and ability to coordinate with offshore on a daily basis Experience with Lucas Voice Picking software
  • Experience with Matthews Automation Solutions or Warehouse Execution Systems
  • Experience in reviewing Manhattan logs, DB logs, restarts and suggesting improvements
  • Experience in in MHE integrations and support
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • The salary range for this job is between $130,000 and $145,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
