Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the serving and bartending team to deliver top-notch service.
- Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations with a smile.
- Beverage and Food Service: Prepare drinks, serve food, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables efficiently, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Training: Train new team members on service procedures, product knowledge, and guest interaction.
- Inventory and Bar Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
- Salesmanship: Promote specials, upsell additional items, and maximize revenue opportunities while providing outstanding service.
- Problem-Solving: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor regulations at all times.

Compensation:
The compensation for the Lead Server/Bartender position will include a base wage range of $2.13 to $8.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the position offers opportunities for tips and performance-based incentives.
