Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Lead Restaurant Server to join our team! Servers are the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. As Lead Server, this individual will also assist with the training and development of the team. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. As Lead Server, this individual will also assist with the training and development of the team. This individual will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
Your role:
- Responsible for maintaining a consistently smooth running operation.
- Supervise the cashier and all servers.
- Expedite food orders, checking for accuracy and presentation.
- Monitor and critique food quality and service levels.
- Check daily boards for team sidework assignments and special instructions.
- Run Pre-meals to give team members information on reservations.
- Log how meal period went(issues, well, instructions for next shift, etc..)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years server experience.
- One year supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak clearly and accurately in English
