Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security personnel, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security are maintained at all times. This individual will play a crucial role in the coordination and execution of security operations, as well as providing leadership and support to security staff.
Anderson Security Agency will provide you with uniforms, and all equipment to perform the functions of this role.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to identify and address security risks and breaches.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed, coordinating with local law enforcement and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security activities and incidents.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to security staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- 21 years of age, or older, per state standards.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Valid Unarmed Guard Card
- One (1) year+ of experience in either contract security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. (We provide these for FREE!)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
- Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- If military experience must be able to provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
