Location: Would prefer someone in the Baltimore, Maryland or San Ramon, California area but open to Remote for the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Work under the direction of a third-party development team, including a product owner, solution architect, and technical lead to complete the initial build of our Salesforce FSC environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in Loan Servicing and Direct to Consumer to gather requirements and test new features.
- Write, test, and deploy custom Apex and SOQL code.
- Use JavaScript and HTML/CSS to create customized user interfaces within Salesforce.
- Proactively monitor and maintain the usage of our Salesforce FSC environment.
- Help administer our Salesforce environment and settings.
- Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator to ensure proper integration and syncing between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Train other Salesforce administrators and users to properly use and maintain new Salesforce features.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree, STEM field preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce development.
- Expert level proficiency in Apex and SOQL programming.
- Expert level proficiency in Salesforce development practices.
- High level proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
- Critical thinker with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with business and development teams.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience developing within Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud version of Sales Cloud.
- Experience working with loan servicing or loan origination.
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Base Compensation Information – This is a remote role that can be performed from within the United States. CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 annually. Factors that affect base salary may include: Location, Education, skills, years of experience and mortgage industry knowledge.
