Lead .Net Developer Salesforce (Hybrid Hartford, CT)

We are seeking a Lead .Net Developer for our client, a state of Connecticut entity. In this role, you will serve in the capacity of a Lead Developer participating in various SDLC processes including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities per the direction of agency management. The specific focus will be on part of the team which supports existing .NET applications as well as to participates in the SDLC process of the new SACWIS system and work with the System Integrator to ensure the transfer of knowledge and on-going maintenance of the solution for a given module. Must have experience in Salesforce development.

This contract position is a 12-month contract to start with funding approved till 03/02/2025. Further extensions are likely, 40 hours per week role. This position is a hybrid role in Hartford, CT. Must be able to come to office once per week.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining interfaces, .NET applications and supporting SOA integration initiatives and participating in the SDLC process which includes meetings with the SI, verification of deliverables such as requirements, design, testing, and environment configuration.
• Assist in migration and integration of data and processes from legacy systems to new applications and new technologies.
• Work with the Application Development Manager to establish goals and code reviews while meeting requirements of projects.
• Work with management to supply input for key design and architecture decisions, as well as work estimation and resource planning.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.

Requirement:

• 10+ years' experience in .Net Development.
• 1+ years of experience in salesforce development.
• Experience with .NET OOP and SOA.
• Experience in JavaScript Frameworks (ExtJS/Angular).
• Experience in SQL.
• Experience in designing and development of the .NET/.NET core technology and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, midrange to client server and n tier e commerce applications and solutions.
• Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Programming and SOLID principles.

Compensation: $70/hr. - $76.66/hr.
