As a Lead Sales Specialist - Gears, you will be responsible for:
- Selling products, services, parts, solutions, and/or projects within a geographical area.
- Handling products and systems that require technical knowledge while some customization within guidelines can be done.
- Contributing and Negotiating frameworks for prices and customer-specific conditions.
- Leading a department with large, estimated orders, while coordinating with sales support to realize the current sales.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.
- Have a background with power transmission specifically gear boxes.
