Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mykin Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our sales growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable building relationships with new prospects by cold calls and emails. This position has room to grow into a leadership/management position. The company will support you to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing them to our custom molded rubber parts and services.
- Identify and qualify new leads through effective prospecting techniques.
- Execute Outside Sales plan to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Prospect, target, qualify, position, and close direct sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit with our offerings, and educate them on the value we provide.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products, highlighting how they can address customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings, demos, and presentations for potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
- Continuously learn and enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-sufficiency and proactive problem-solving.
- Eventual development of advance selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, technological, and communication abilities to work within a team oriented environment.
- To become a respected industry expert is key to the success of this position.
Qualifications:
- Be willing to sell face to face as well as through emails and calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects in a professional manner.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our industry.
