Lead Restaurant Server/Cashier

Kokoro Restaurant in Arvada, CO is looking to hire a full- or part-time Lead Restaurant Server/Cashierto join our food service team and provide our customers with quick and friendly high-quality customer service.

This entry-level serving position earns a competitive wage of $17 - $18/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD RESTAURANT SERVER/CASHIER

As a Lead Restaurant Server/Cashier with our hospitality team, you are responsible for providing top-quality customer service to the customers who dine with us. With a friendly smile, you greet each customer that is assigned to you and take their orders in a timely and efficient manner. In this position, you will help with daily deposits and counting cash drawers. Oversee training for FOH staff such as servers and cashiers. You will be in charge of sending FOH staff on breaks and watching labor costs, you will also be responsible for delegating FOH cleaning duties and maintaining the upkeep of the dining room, outdoor patio, and bathrooms. We are looking for someone, well organized and who can encourage staff to meet sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT SERVER

• Excellent customer service skills
• Front Of House experience in a restaurant, such as serving, cashiering, hosting
• Experience as a team/shift lead preferred
