Job Title: Experienced HVAC Installer - Piece Pay

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC installations in a residential setting (furnaces, furdowns, heat pumps, coils, etc.). This position is designed to provide the necessary experience and training for career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and multi-family properties in line with company standards and safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to improve efficiency and longevity
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems under the supervision of senior technicians
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical information in an understandable way and addressing their queries satisfactorily
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Continually enhance technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and participation in educational opportunities
• Comply with all company procedures and protocols, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC installation
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong technical acumen with a desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
