We are looking to add a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to our dynamic Bend install team!

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Some overtime as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- The right person is passionate, purposeful, and eager
- 2+ years' experience leading the installation of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters
- A high degree of professionalism
- Success prioritizing diverse responsibilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the installation process, fostering mentorship and relationships with team members while providing impeccable customer service
- Sound judgment. Ability to make decisions, work independently, and seek assistance from team members when necessary
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Company insurable driving record
- Able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening
