Position Overview:
As the Lead Receptionist at Imperial Animal Hospital Pet Lodge and Grooming, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and grooming appointments. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for our customer's experiences, and your organizational skills will be key to keeping everything running smoothly.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and grooming appointments. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, both in person and over the phone, answering their inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Schedule lodging reservations, grooming appointments, and daycare activities.
- Coordinate with the pet care team to ensure pets receive the best care and that any special requests are accommodated.
- Manage client paperwork, including pet health records and billing information.
- Handle customer feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with the grooming department by scheduling appointments and ensuring a seamless grooming experience for pets and owners.
- Help maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with using computer systems and software.
- Empathetic and patient when dealing with both clients and pets.
- Knowledge of pet health and grooming is a plus.
