  • Obtain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, business priorities, and contribute to product strategy
  • Deliver compelling, informative, and engaging user experiences that also satisfy client and regulatory requirements
  • Develop strong partnerships cross-functionally within GoodRx as well as with external stakeholders/clients
  • Evaluate existing priorities, staffing, processes etc. and contribute to making improvements if required
  • Coach designers, and be able to deliver strong actionable feedback and direction
  • Identify success criteria and hold the team accountable
  • Find ways to show the impact of design outside of the functional team

Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., user interaction, graphic, visual communications, product) or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of user experience, product, and/or interaction design
  • Highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade partners and diplomatically resolve conflict
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Is solution-oriented and not easily overwhelmed or discouraged
  • Experience with consumer products
