SalaryLead teachers must be able to demonstrate competency in the areas of developmentally appropriate programming, curriculum development and daily classroom management.
The lead teacher shall hold a standard Arkansas teacher license with P-4 certification, or have a Bachelors degree in early childhood education or early child development.
