SalaryBusy optometry practice seeks an experienced leader, willing to jump in and learn. This position is responsible for a small team of Patient Care Coordinators and maintaining practice systems and standards alike. The ideal applicant will have experience in the eye care field, have some managerial or leadership experience, willing to roll their sleeves up and get things done. You will work to understand the systems in this patient-centric environment, and develop and train your team in the same fashion. Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
