We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that production targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the relevant industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees while actively working along side them
- Set production goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Train new employees on job tasks and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to optimize workflow
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
```Experience```
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
-Proven ability to lead a team of painters to complete projects in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and lifts
- In depth experience with painting the interior and exterior of commercial and industrial buildings, as well as residential experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
