LiRo's Environmental Business Unit provides a wide range of engineering design services, from UST/AST programs to hazardous materials management; site investigation; alternatives analysis; remediation design, and construction support.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking Lead Paint Inspectors who hold current SSPC (AMP) C3/C5 certification and have experience monitoring Abrasive Blasting projects for a variety of New York City Transit sites throughout the 5 Boroughs of New York City.
Responsibilities
- Upload inspection data and provide formatted reports
- Prepare and review work plans based upon inspection results and program parameters
- Coordinate work with licensed contractors
- Collection of airborne particulate samples using high volume and low volume sampling equipment
- Schedule field operations with client
Qualifications
- Qualified candidate must have 2+ years' experience monitoring abrasive blasting projects and current SSPC (AMP) C3/C5 Certification
- New York City Transit project experience a big+

Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
- Compensation: Minimum: $72,800; Maximum $93,600
