POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Lead Optimization Manager plays an important role in building a pipeline of leads to meet our company objectives. Through effective data mining, the Lead Optimization Manager captures new prospects, qualifies them, and manages them with CRM and other tools to generate leads. This person would work part time and have a high interest in Real Estate and Marketing.

JOB DETAILS:

• Mine internal and external data sources to identify and qualify leads
• Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outbound communications to qualify potential leads
• Enter essential Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data into CRM system software to navigate, track and analyze leads.
• Research through Real Estate Organizations such as NMLS and ASAS for potential leads
• Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Direct competitor analysis for Central Valley

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, deliverables, and procedures in Business-to-Business lead generation and data mining.
• Driven and passionate about real estate asset selling with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in social media and content management systems.
• Has a passion for investigation and data collection.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
• High School Graduate or pursuing higher education.
